 You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, data,
 
 
 operations, and external partners to deliver a seamless, secure, and high-converting
 
 
 payment experience. You will primarily contribute to execution, analysis, and
 
 
 incremental improvements of payment and UPI flows, while gradually taking more
 
 
 ownership as you grow.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Assist in maintaining the product roadmap and backlog for payments and UPI in
 
 
 line with the direction set by senior product leaders.
 
 
 &bull; Support the definition and optimisation of UPI and payment flows across
 
 
 onboarding, authorization, success/failure, refunds, settlements, and disputes
 
 
 under guidance.
 
 
 &bull; Draft clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with reviews from senior
 
 
 PMs, and coordinate with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality
 
 
 delivery.
 
 
 &bull; Use dashboards and tools such as Excel or BI tools to monitor funnel
 
 
 performance, success rates, and drop-offs, and support simple A/B tests or
 
 
 experiments to improve conversion.
 
 
 &bull; Help manage integrations and daily interactions with external partners like PSPs,
 
 
 banks, gateways, and aggregators, especially around SLAs and production
 
 
 issues.
 
 
 &bull; Participate in monitoring system health and reliability, helping coordinate with
 
 
 engineering and operations to quickly diagnose and resolve incidents.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare concise product reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and
 
 
 cross-functional stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull; Stay updated on key trends in the payments and UPI ecosystem and share
 
 
 relevant insights with the team as input into product thinking.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 1&ndash;4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or
 
 
 operations role in a fintech environment.
 
 
 &bull; Some exposure to payments or fintech (for example UPI, cards, net banking,
 
 
 wallets, etc. ).
 
 
 &bull; Comfort working with data using Excel ; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is an
 
 
 advantage but not mandatory.
 
 
 &bull; Experience contributing to the launch or improvement of any user-facing
 
 
 product or internal tool.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to write clear documents, break down problems into smaller parts, and
 
 
 prioritize tasks with support from senior PMs.
 
 
 Good to Have
 
 
 &bull; Experience collaborating with payment gateways, aggregators, banks, or PSPs in
 
 
 any capacity.
 
 
 &bull; Basic understanding of concepts like refunds, settlements, disputes, and fraud
 
 
 or risk controls.
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to other payment methods such as cards, net banking, wallets, BNPL,

 Responsible for end-to-end telecom, cloud, and security needs of a set of 30&ndash;35 enterprise accounts, primarily mid to large segment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by positioning
 
 Airtel&rsquo;s Digital Services portfolio
 
 (Cloud, Security, Data Center, IoT, CPaaS) alongside core connectivity offerings.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers (Middle/Senior Management, CXOs) across enterprise accounts.

 Drive revenue growth and retention in existing accounts across Data, Voice, Cloud, and Security solutions.
