 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a high-performing
 
 Digital Product Manager
 
 to own and scale mobile app-based journeys for our
 
 card portfolio
 
 . The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about mobile-first experiences, user engagement, and funnel performance. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, managing, and improving
 
 digital acquisition, activation, and lifecycle journeys
 
 across platforms. The candidate will collaborate with UI/UX, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams to optimize conversions, increase feature adoption, and continuously enhance customer experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 
 Mobile App &amp; Digital Journey Ownership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own all card-related customer journeys within the bank&rsquo;s mobile application and digital platforms&mdash;including onboarding, issuance, activation, PIN setting, transaction views, blocking, replacements, limits, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously improve user flows for all card types
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and seamless integration with backend systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Conversion Funnel &amp; Engagement Optimization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track, analyze, and optimize customer conversion funnels for card ordering and usage journeys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify top drop-off points using analytic tools, or similar platforms; ideate A/B tests and improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the
 
 Growth and Marketing teams
 
 to improve CTRs, in-app engagement, and adoption of features.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Customer-Centric Product Enhancements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deep-dive into app analytics and customer feedback to uncover pain points and propose enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with design and tech to continuously refine user experience based on insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all key servicing journeys (e.g., replacement, balance sync, travel settings, blocking) are intuitive and self-serve.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cross-Functional Product Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate business needs into clear product requirements and drive agile delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely collaborate with customer experience team to understand customer pain points and create flows and processes to reduce complaints and call center interactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with tech, design, QA, risk, compliance, and customer experience teams for timely execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive UATs, app releases, bug resolutions, and post-release impact monitoring.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills Required:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience ( 6-9yrs) in
 
 mobile app product management
 
 , with full ownership of user-facing journeys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage conversion funnels and user engagement campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Clevertap, Firebase, GA4).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with product development lifecycle, agile delivery, wireframing tools, and UAT processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Good to Have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in cards, fintech, banking, or consumer tech products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to UPI, BBPS, NCMC, or tokenization-based journeys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior work on self-serve app features, in-app nudges, and customer lifecycle interventions.
 </li>
