Overview:
<div><p>
AIT is seeking driven sales individuals with a growth mindset that want to work for one of the best and fastest growing global logistics providers in the 3PL industry.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Senior Account Executives</b> work in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about hunting for new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new clients, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be held accountable for making a strong impact in establishing and maintaining positive relationships as earning our customers&rsquo; trust is one of our top core values at AIT. While managing within a geographical territory, the Senior Account Executive will consult prospective clients across all services on logistics solutions.</p></div>
Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li><p>
Accountable to directly identify and initiate business development opportunities through an established network of industry contacts that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams across multiple services.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Develop and execute a business plan that will achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the company.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Present an array of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accounts.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and KPI updates to sales management.</p></li></ul><p>
The wage range for this position is $100,961.54-$170,625.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience</p></div><br>

Qualifications:

Education Qualifications</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Experience Qualifications</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Six (6) or more years&rsquo; Freight Forwarding sales experience preferred. Operational Freight Forwarding experience a big plus!</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Proven track record of leading successful sales deals with revenue volumes of $500-1M+ and exceeding sales goals and budget.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Extensive experience of international logistics and supply chain solutions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive to negotiate with a strong business acumen.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Adaptable to rapid and frequent changes to address the needs of clients and goals of AIT.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to develop new ideas and innovative solutions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
High drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new business opportunities.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives (dependent on position).
