This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who depend on accessible transportation solutions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate CARE's 2025 Escape to transport clients to scheduled appointments and destinations.</li><li>Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing courteous customer service at all times.</li><li>Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.</li><li>Manage route schedules efficiently, adhering to timeframes while accommodating passenger needs.</li><li>Communicate clearly with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare providers to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and any special requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition reports.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Must pass background check and DOT Medical Exam</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.</li><li>Previous experience in school bus driving or as a delivery driver enhances your suitability for this role.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills combined with a positive attitude to create a welcoming environment for all passengers.
