Business AnalystRequirements&middot; Process Optimization&middot; UI/UX Design&middot; Mapping &amp; finalizing requirements &amp; documenting functional specifications&middot; Creating detailed end-to-end Customer Journey &amp; Process Flows for all proposed Features/New Processes or Process Improvements.&middot; Waterfall methodologies &amp; AGILE Scrum&middot; Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) &amp; Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)&middot; Optimizing processes by performing Process Analysis, identifying issues, designing and delivering better value to the bank and customers.&middot; Supporting ongoing OCF (One Click Finance) &amp; ICC (Instant Credit Card) monthly campaigns there by supporting to increase product reach.&middot; Providing UAT support by briefing changes to QA teams and sharing required artifacts which will be helpful in successful UAT.&middot; Optimizing processes by performing Process Analysis, identifying issues, designing and delivering better value to the bank and customers.&middot; Collaborating closely with different stakeholders to resolve any development impediments and queries raised by Developers and QA teams.&middot; Monitoring Digital Transformation Project progress, tracking milestones &amp; timeliness, and identifying potential roadblocks.Qualifications&middot; CBAP&middot; PMI / PBA&middot; AGILE BAJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
