Job Title: E-commerce Associate (Entry Level / Fresh Graduate)Location: Mall of Gulberg Employment Type: Full-timeJob OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to start a career in e-commerce, digital retail, and online marketplaces. The candidate will assist in managing product listings, order processing, and daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Daraz, Shopify, Walmart, or similar.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms</li><li>Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized</li><li>Assist in order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics partners</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items</li><li>Support basic customer inquiries and order-related issues</li><li>Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns</li><li>Conduct basic competitor and market research</li><li>Prepare simple reports on sales, listings, and performance</li><li>Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product visuals and content</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Commerce, or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)</li><li>Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Daraz, etc.) is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email handling)</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)<ul><li>Basic knowledge of SEO or product listing optimization</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing or online sales</li><li>Internship or academic project related to e-commerce</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>On-the-job training and mentorship</li><li>Growth opportunities in the e-commerce and digital retail field</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li><li>Performance-based growth and incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
