<div>Position Summary:

The Leasing &amp; Business Development Manager will lead all leasing operations and drive business growth within the real estate sector. This role combines the responsibility of maximizing occupancy and rental income with expanding the company&rsquo;s property portfolio through new partnerships and market opportunities. The Manager will act as a key driver of revenue, tenant satisfaction, and long-term business relationships, ensuring the company remains competitive in the real estate market. Having strong professional connections and good relationships within the real estate industry is essential for success in this role. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the full leasing cycle, including inquiries, property tours, negotiations, contract execution, and renewals.</li>
<li>Respond to tenant inquiries promptly, qualify prospects, and provide professional property viewings.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Ensure legal compliance for all lease agreements and documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor rental collections, occupancy rates, and vacancy levels across the portfolio.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Identify and secure new leasing opportunities by building relationships.</li>
<li>Expand the property portfolio by onboarding residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and key industry stakeholders.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead strategic initiatives to optimize rental income, occupancy levels, and asset performance.</li>
<li>Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of real estate trends, competitor activities, and tenant demand.</li>
<li>Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies tailored to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.</li>
<li>Prepare long-term growth plans for the real estate portfolio, including expansion into new markets.</li>
<li>Oversee end-to-end real estate operations, from marketing campaigns to property handovers.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate leasing and sales teams to achieve targets.</li>
<li>Track KPIs (occupancy, revenue, lead conversion, rent collection) and provide regular reports to senior management.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field</li>
<li>5&ndash;8 years of proven experience in real estate leasing, property management, or business development, including managerial experience.</li>
<li>Strong track record of meeting occupancy, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements in the region.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li>
<li>Strong existing network and good relationships with landlords, developers, real estate brokers, and corporate clients.</li></ul></div>

Data Engineer

<li>Handle all accounting operations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the accounting system.</li>
<li>Record and manage client invoices and financial transactions within Ajar&rsquo;s platform.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments, credits, and adjustments.</li>
<li>Reconcile transaction data between internal systems, bank statements, merchant accounts, and client rec</li>
<li>Conduct bank and merchant reconciliations, ensuring payment records match across systems.</li>
<li>Submit timely and accurate financial reports, and assist in generating regular reports and summaries for c</li>
<li>Ensure all financial data complies with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, as well as accurate</li>
<li>Monitor departmental expenses and compare them against budget targets to control cost overflows.</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor the petty cash system with proper documentation and approvals.</li>
<li>Assist in external and internal audits, ensuring timely adjustments and proper documentation.</li>
<li>Respond to internal or client inquiries, including during in-person visits, regarding transactions, invoices, a</li>
<li>Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and directly with clients to resolve discrepancies or miss</li>
<li>Suggest improvements in financial processes, systems, or policies to drive efficiency and growth.</li>

<li>Report any accounting issues directly to the responsible party or supervisor.</li>

Qualifications Required:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.</li>
<li>Must have 2&ndash;3 years of experience, preferably in real estate.</li>
<li>Experienced in handling large volumes of data.</li>
<li>Very strong experience in reconciliation, accounting and bookkeeping.</li>
<li>Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers.</li>
<li>Experience with Xero accounting software strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in large volume merchant reconciliation.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.</li>
<li>Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge in startups and fintech financials.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
