Unity Game Developer

Ajax Studio is looking for an ML Engineer for Games focused on using our game data to generate new content and automate polishing.Main Goals<ul><li>Automatically generate new levels based on existing game data and design rules.</li><li>Automatically assign and implement VFX/SFX using our current asset libraries and tags.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze existing levels and content to learn patterns (layout, difficulty, pacing, themes).</li><li>Design and implement ML/PCG systems to generate new levels within strict constraints.</li><li>Build models/logic that map events &rarr; VFX/SFX using tags, categories, and rules.</li><li>Deliver clean APIs/data formats for our Unity/tools engineers.</li><li>Iterate with designers, VFX, and SFX teams to refine models based on feedback and quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years as an ML Engineer, Game AI Engineer, or similar (or a strong portfolio).</li><li>Strong Python skills and experience with ML/PCG on structured or sequential data.</li><li>Experience with procedural generation and/or recommendation/classification models.</li><li>Comfortable with constraints, validation, and filtering out broken/low-quality outputs.</li><li>Able to collaborate with non-ML teammates and turn design intent into concrete systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
