   Form production plans with a planning horizon of a day, a week, or a month

   Analysis and control of the supply of materials to the production program

   Operational re-planning of production based on operational data on deliveries

Main KPI&rsquo;s achievement, reporting (savings, payment terms improvement, etc.).</li><li>
Hold responsibility for the cost.</li><li>
Recommend solutions without compromising quality while optimizing cost.</li><li>
Establishing a comprehensive roadmap of sourcing initiatives to shape the cost structure.</li><li>
Delivery control and fulfilment with orders</li><li>
Full support of order in ERP system (create order, application for payment, receipt of goods, requests for pickup/shipment of goods etc.)</li><li>
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics to optimize domestic and international shipping processes.</li><li>
Maintain appropriate documentation for audit and control procedures, in addition to timely and accurately, updating purchasing records and data.</li><li>
Researching market trends to determine the best time to purchase certain items.</li><li>
Coordinating with other departments to ensure all purchases meet the company&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>
Coordinating with the legal department to draft contracts with suppliers.</li><li>
Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and continually identify new supply streams to maximize operational effectiveness.</li><li>
