We are looking for an experienced Export Manager with a deep understanding of exporting spices, fruit pulps, confectioneries, and other agro-based food products or any product in which the person has expertise. This role involves managing the entire export cycle&mdash;from developing markets to final shipment&mdash;ensuring that products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.Candidates with hands-on experience in food and agro exports, especially those who are well-versed in international trade documentation and compliance, will be prioritized.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Export Strategy &amp; Market Development</li></ul>Design and implement export strategies focused on expanding sales of food and agro products to global markets.<ul><li>Client Handling &amp; Negotiation</li></ul>Manage and build long-term relationships with international buyers, agents, and distributors. Handle inquiries, negotiate terms, and finalize deals.<ul><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance</li></ul>Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, FSSAI, APEDA certificates, and country-specific compliance documents.<ul><li>Coordination with Supply Chain</li></ul>Work closely with production, quality control, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery.<ul><li>Freight &amp; Logistics</li></ul>Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments.<ul><li>Market Research</li></ul>Study trends in international markets, identify new regions for expansion, analyze competitor activity, and evaluate associated risks.<ul><li>Regulatory Knowledge</li></ul>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, food safety standards, labeling norms, and destination country requirements.Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of experience in exporting spices, fruit pulps, confectioneries, or agro-food products.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of DGFT, FSSAI, and APEDA regulations, including documentation and certification processes.</li><li>Practical experience in handling international clients, order processing, and contract negotiation.</li><li>Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in International Business, Agri Export, Food Technology, or a related discipline.</li><li>Experience in managing exports to key regions like the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, or Europe.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems, cost sheets, export compliance software, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Fluency in a second language (such as Arabic, French, or Spanish) will be an advantage.</li></ul>Soft Skills and Attributes:<ul><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and confidence in handling international communications.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of Experience in Exporting food items like Fruit Pulps, Spices, Confectioneries? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Export: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
