All positions are paid, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member&rsquo;s contribution.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies</li><li>Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure safety and appearance standards are met</li><li>Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability</li><li>Handle custodial tasks including waste disposal, window cleaning, and light maintenance to keep facilities in top condition</li><li>Follow health and safety protocols diligently while using cleaning chemicals and equipment</li><li>Assist with minor repairs or reporting larger maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel</li><li>Support overall facilities maintenance efforts to uphold a clean and functional learning environment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods</li><li>Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus</li><li>Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners effectively</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines diligently</li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods</li></ul>This role offers an engaging work environment where your efforts directly impact the comfort and safety of our school community.
