Job Summary: The Tyre Technician is responsible for fitting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tyres, as well as assisting with basic wheel alignment. This role requires good technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use tyre service equipment. The technician also provides friendly, professional customer service by explaining services and offering recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Tyre Fitting and Balancing:<ul><li>Mount and balance tyres on vehicles of various sizes and types.</li><li>Use wheel balancing machines to ensure smooth and safe operation.</li><li>Check and adjust tyre pressure to manufacturer's specifications.</li></ul>Tyre Rotation:<ul><li>Rotate tyres to promote even wear and extend tyre life.</li><li>Follow recommended rotation patterns.</li></ul>Tyre Repair:<ul><li>Repair punctures and other minor tyre damage.</li><li>Inspect tyres for wear and tear and advise customers on replacement needs.</li><li>Wheel Alignment:</li><li>Check and adjust wheel alignment to improve vehicle handling and tyre life.</li><li>Use wheel alignment equipment to measure and adjust camber, caster, and toe angle</li><li>Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Explain tyre services and provide recommendations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong understanding of vehicle suspension systems and wheel alignment principles.</li><li>Proficiency in using wheel alignment equipment.</li><li>Maximum of 2 years of experience as a tyre technician is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

This role requires technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install and configure home automation systems, including lighting, security, HVAC, and entertainment systems.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets customer specifications.</li><li>Conduct regular maintenance and diagnostics on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing solutions to customers.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding home automation systems.</li><li>Educate customers on system operation and features to enhance their user experience.</li><li>Assist with software updates and upgrades for existing home automation systems.</li><li>Recommend improvements or enhancements to current systems based on customer needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.</li><li>Provide detailed reports on system performance and any issues resolved.</li><li>Work closely with sales and project management teams to ensure customer requirements and specifications are met.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in home automation, electrical work or a related field, demonstrating hands-on expertise in installation and maintenance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
