They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.Responsibilities&middot; Recruit and On-board new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.&middot; Manage employee programs and initiate training programs&middot; Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems&middot; Providing counselling on policies and procedures and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.&middot; Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process&middot; Create and implement effective on boarding plans&middot; Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues&middot; Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.Qualifications&middot; Bachelor's degree or relevant experience&middot; 2+ years' experience in Human Resources&middot; Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies&middot; Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees&middot; Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills&middot; Attention to detail and good judgementSkills and Traits required:&middot; Excellent communicator and inter-personal skills&middot; Negotiation savvy&middot; Cross-cultural fluency&middot; Exceptional networking skills&middot; Extroversion&middot; Conflict management&middot; Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude&middot; Strong ethics and reliabilityJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
