Role Overview</b><br>
</div><div>
We are hiring a <b>Growth Marketing Lead - SaaS</b> to build and run the <b>acquisition and go-to-market engine</b> for Ajmera Infotech Inc. is SaaS clients, with an immediate and primary focus on <b>Assetron.ai&rsquo;s upcoming launch</b>.<br>

This is a zero-to-one role. You will not inherit a working marketing machine - you will design and build it.<br>
</div><div>
You are excited to use modern AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted copy, automation, experimentation tools) to move faster, test more ideas, and scale your impact without sacrificing quality.<br>

You will:</b><br>

define ideal customer profiles and messaging,<br>

build the marketing website and landing pages (working with design/engineering as needed),<br>

create and optimize acquisition funnels,<br>

set up analytics and attribution, and<br>

run experiments to drive qualified signups, demos, and revenue.<br>

Requirements</b></h3><div>
1. Go-To-Market Strategy &amp; Positioning<br>
</div><ul><li><div>
Develop the <b>GTM strategy</b> for Assetron.ai&rsquo;s initial launch and early growth, as part of Ajmera Infotech&rsquo;s fractional CRO services.<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Define <b>ideal customer profiles (ICPs)</b> and personas (e.g., IT admins, operations leaders, finance/asset owners, MSPs).<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Create a <b>messaging and positioning framework</b> that clearly articulates the value of Assetron.ai and other SaaS offerings supported by Ajmera Infotech Inc.<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Analyze competitors and adjacent tools to identify differentiators and opportunities.<br>
</div></li></ul><div>
2. Website, Landing Pages &amp; Conversion<br>
</div><ul><li><div>
Lead the creation and launch of the <b>marketing website</b> for Assetron.ai (and future SaaS products as needed).<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Own <b>copywriting</b> for homepage, product pages, feature pages, pricing, and vertical-focused pages.<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Design and test <b>conversion-focused landing pages</b> for specific campaigns and audiences.<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Ensure clear, frictionless paths to <b>demo requests, free trials, and signups</b>.<br>
</div></li></ul><div>
3. Acquisition Channels &amp; Campaigns<br>
</div><ul><li><div>
Design and execute <b>full-funnel acquisition</b> strategies, including:<br>
</div></li><ul><li><div>
SEO and content marketing<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Paid search (e.g., Google Ads)<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Paid social (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta)<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Retargeting campaigns<br>

Email marketing and marketing automation<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Partnership and referral programs (e.g., MSPs, IT consultants, marketplace listings)<br>

Plan, launch, and optimize <b>campaigns</b> around product launch, new features, and industry-specific solutions.<br>

4. Content &amp; Narrative<br>
</div><ul><li><div>
Develop Assetron.ai&rsquo;s <b>thought leadership and educational content</b>, such as:<br>
</div></li><ul><li><div>
blog posts, guides, and how-tos,<br>
</div></li><li><div>
industry/role-specific solution pages,<br>
</div></li><li><div>
comparison pages against incumbent tools,<br>
</div></li><li><div>
simple case studies and customer stories (as they become available).<br>
</div></li></ul><li><div>
Work with product and technical teams at Ajmera Infotech Inc. to ensure the <b>market narrative aligns with product capabilities and roadmap</b>.<br>

5. Lifecycle, Nurture &amp; Onboarding Communications<br>
</div><ul><li><div>
Design and implement <b>email nurture flows</b> for leads, trials, and new customers.<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Build communication journeys that support:<br>
</div></li><ul><li><div>
onboarding, activation, and product adoption,<br>
</div></li><li><div>
trial-to-paid conversion,<br>
</div></li><li><div>
ongoing engagement and upsell opportunities where appropriate.<br>
</div></li></ul><li><div>
Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to ensure onboarding experience and messaging are consistent and effective.<br>
</div></li></ul><div>
6. Analytics, Experimentation &amp; Reporting<br>
</div><ul><li><div>
Set up and manage <b>analytics and tracking</b>, including:<br>
</div></li><ul><li><div>
Google Analytics (GA4) or equivalent,<br>
</div></li><li><div>
funnel and event tracking,<br>
</div></li><li><div>
basic attribution and campaign performance reporting.<br>
</div></li></ul><li><div>
Design and run <b>A/B tests</b> across landing pages, ads, and email campaigns.<br>
</div></li><li><div>
Own and regularly report on key growth metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, early retention indicators).<br>

7. Support for Other SaaS &amp; Technology Clients<br>
</div><ul><li><div>
Over time, apply successful frameworks and playbooks to other SaaS or technology products supported by Ajmera Infotech Inc.<br>

Collaborate with leadership to <b>standardize GTM and growth processes</b> that can be reused across engagements as part of Ajmera&rsquo;s fractional CRO and growth services.</div></li></ul><div><br>

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days<br>

A live, conversion-optimized <b>marketing site</b> for Assetron.ai.<br>

Clear <b>ICP and messaging framework</b> documented and in use across website and campaigns.<br>

At least one <b>repeatable acquisition channel</b> (e.g., targeted campaigns, content + SEO, outbound + landing pages) delivering qualified leads or trials.<br>

Email nurture flows</b> up and running for new leads and trial users.<br>

Analytics and basic attribution set up, with a regular <b>growth report</b> shared with Ajmera Infotech leadership.<br>

5-10+ years of experience in <b>B2B SaaS</b> in one or more of the following roles:<br>

Proven experience <b>owning or significantly driving acquisition</b> for a SaaS product (preferably zero-to-one or early-stage).<br>

Ability to <b>write strong, clear, conversion-focused marketing copy</b> for technical and business audiences.<br>

Hands-on experience with:<br>

building/working with marketing sites and landing pages (e.g., Webflow, Wix, WordPress, or through collaboration with front-end developers),<br>
