Ajmera Infotech Inc.&#8239;is a U.S.-based technology and product development company providing fractional CRO services, product development, and engineering support to SaaS businesses. One of our key client engagements is Assetron.ai, an AI-driven, real-time asset and inventory management platform that helps organizations track IT assets, equipment, facilities, cloud resources, and subscriptions across their lifecycle. As part of our fractional CRO and product services, Ajmera Infotech Inc.&#8239;is building a U.S.-based growth function to support the launch and scale-up of Assetron.ai and other SaaS products.Role Overview:We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead - SaaS to build and run the acquisition and go-to-market engine for Ajmera Infotech Inc.&rsquo;s SaaS clients, with an immediate and primary focus on Assetron.ai&rsquo;s upcoming launch. This is a zero-to-one role. You will not inherit a working marketing machine - you will design and build it. You are excited to use modern AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted copy, automation, experimentation tools) to move faster, test more ideas, and scale your impact without sacrificing quality.You will: <ul><li>define ideal customer profiles and messaging,</li><li>build the marketing website and landing pages (working with design/engineering as needed),</li><li>create and optimize acquisition funnels,</li><li>set up analytics and attribution, and</li><li>run experiments to drive qualified signups, demos, and revenue.</li></ul>You will work closely with the leadership team at Ajmera Infotech Inc.&#8239;and collaborate with a strong global engineering organization.Key Responsibilities 1. Go-To-Market Strategy &amp; Positioning<ul><li>Develop the GTM strategy for Assetron.ai&rsquo;s initial launch and early growth, as part of Ajmera Infotech&rsquo;s fractional CRO services.</li><li>Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas (e.g., IT admins, operations leaders, finance/asset owners, MSPs).</li><li>Create a messaging and positioning framework that clearly articulates the value of Assetron.ai and other SaaS offerings supported by Ajmera Infotech Inc.</li><li>Analyze competitors and adjacent tools to identify differentiators and opportunities.</li></ul>2. Website, Landing Pages &amp; Conversion<ul><li>Lead the creation and launch of the marketing website for Assetron.ai (and future SaaS products as needed).</li><li>Own copywriting for homepage, product pages, feature pages, pricing, and vertical-focused pages.</li><li>Design and test conversion-focused landing pages for specific campaigns and audiences.</li><li>Ensure clear, frictionless paths to demo requests, free trials, and signups.</li></ul>3. Acquisition Channels &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Design and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies, including:</li><li>SEO and content marketing</li><li>Paid search (e.g., Google Ads)</li><li>Paid social (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta)</li><li>Retargeting campaigns</li><li>Email marketing and marketing automation</li><li>Partnership and referral programs (e.g., MSPs, IT consultants, marketplace listings)</li><li>Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns around product launch, new features, and industry-specific solutions.</li></ul>4. Content &amp; Narrative<ul><li>Develop Assetron.ai&rsquo;s thought leadership and educational content, such as:</li><li>blog posts, guides, and how-tos,</li><li>industry/role-specific solution pages,</li><li>comparison pages against incumbent tools,</li><li>simple case studies and customer stories (as they become available).</li><li>Work with product and technical teams at Ajmera Infotech Inc.&#8239;to ensure the market narrative aligns with product capabilities and roadmap.</li></ul>5. Lifecycle, Nurture &amp; Onboarding Communications<ul><li>Design and implement email nurture flows for leads, trials, and new customers.</li><li>Build communication journeys that support:</li><li>onboarding, activation, and product adoption,</li><li>trial-to-paid conversion,</li><li>ongoing engagement and upsell opportunities where appropriate.</li><li>Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to ensure onboarding experience and messaging are consistent and effective.</li></ul>6. Analytics, Experimentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Set up and manage analytics and tracking, including:</li><li>Google Analytics (GA4) or equivalent,</li><li>funnel and event tracking,</li><li>basic attribution and campaign performance reporting.</li><li>Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, ads, and email campaigns.</li><li>Own and regularly report on key growth metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, early retention indicators).</li></ul>7.
