As a Bellperson, you will be one of the first and last faces our guests see. You play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting with luggage, offering helpful information, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Serve as the welcoming face of the Galt House Hotel, creating positive and lasting first impressions
</li><li>Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide hospitable, professional, and personalized service
</li><li>Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms
</li><li>Share local knowledge, including nearby restaurants, entertainment, and attractions
</li><li>Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, meeting rooms, and dining options
</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional curbside and work area
</li><li>Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned
</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For

</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests, management, and coworkers

</li></ul>Working Conditions
<ul><li>Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling carts, and lifting luggage
</li><li>Active role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
</li></ul>Physical Requirements
<ul><li>Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
</li><li>Reach heights of up to 6 feet
</li><li>Remain in a stationary position for up to 1 hour at a time
</li><li>Perform continuous physical movement throughout the shift
