Present, negotiate and close business deals with new or existing customers</li><li>
Work with the regional team members to ensure opportunities are maximized in order to drive profitability and ensure defined targets for the region are met or exceeded</li><li>
Understand customer needs, shape new business requirements and be the voice of the customer</li></ul><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business</li><li>
2+ years of Business Development or marketing/ Sales management experience (Less experienced candidates will be considered too.)</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal English/Turkish communication skills</li><li>
Excellent presentation skills and proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>
Strategic thinker with the ability to provide excellent customer service</li><li>
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads</li><li>
Good problem-solving ability with the ability to use initiative and common sense</li><li>
Multiple languages skills are preferred (Arabic, Russian)</li><li>
Living or willing to relocate to Turkiye/ Istanbul/ Beylikduzu</li></ul></div>

Regional Account Executive

<div>AJW Group is looking for a motivated Assistant Accounting and Finance Manager to join our team in Turkey. This role supports our regional operations by ensuring financial accuracy, managing payroll and HR processes, and maintaining healthy customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive timely collection of Account Receivables across the region</li><li>
Manage HR and payroll processes in line with AJW People Operations and Finance policies</li><li>
Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions or discrepancies</li><li>
Liaise with customers and internal teams to address and resolve payment issues</li><li>
Monitor aging reports and ensure follow-up on outstanding receivables</li><li>
Handle all plus cost transactions of the AJW T&uuml;rkiye team</li><li>
Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by management</li></ul>

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration</li><li>
Strong verbal and written English communication skills</li><li>
Good attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and organizational ability</li><li>
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers</li><li>
Experience in a similar finance or HR role (preferred for experienced applicants)</li></ul></div>
