 Job Summary:
 
 The Head of Operational Excellence is a corporate, enterprise-wide role mandated to define, govern, and institutionalize Operational Excellence (OpEx) across all entities of the holding. The role ensures end-to-end alignment between strategy, operating models, processes, performance management, and organizational capabilities. The position acts as a core mechanism for disciplined strategy execution, moving beyond continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive structural enhancements in process architecture, operational governance, performance accountability, and related disciplines.

 Qualifications and Experience:
 
 
 <ul>

 Master's degree preferred (MBA, MSc in Operations Excellence/Management).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Process Improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation and reengineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with process automation and performance analytics is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in aquaculture or agriculture is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional Certifications:
 </li>
 <li>
 Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory) or Master Black Belt (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in CBPL (Certified Business Process Leader) or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.

Head of Operational Excellence

 Job Purpose:
 
 The Investment &amp; Research Officer will lead the company's crypto asset research and trading strategy function. They will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending digital asset investment opportunities &mdash; including cryptocurrencies, DeFi projects, NFTs, and ICOs &mdash; while providing actionable market intelligence to the CEO and the investment committee. This role combines fundamental and quantitative research with trading execution and automation oversight.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Tasks and Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct in-depth fundamental and technical analysis on cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi protocols, and Web3 projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate tokenomics, project teams, market capitalization, and ecosystem trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor new token launches, ICOs, airdrops, and emerging technologies in blockchain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed research reports and weekly market insights for management and investors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain crypto market models (on-chain analytics, sector performance, sentiment indices).
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend investment strategies (spot, derivatives, yield farming, staking, or arbitrage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track portfolio performance against benchmarks and produce monthly performance dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise or execute trades on centralized and decentralized exchanges (Binance, Kraken, Uniswap, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, back-test, and monitor algorithmic trading bots using platforms like 3Commas, Pionex, or custom APIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set stop-loss, hedging, and risk management parameters in coordination with the CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present weekly and monthly investment memos to the CEO and Board.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an internal knowledge base of research findings, project evaluations, and market data sources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all trading and custody activities comply with internal risk and compliance frameworks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Blockchain-related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in financial research, asset management, or crypto trading.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in analyzing blockchain projects and managing crypto portfolios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience setting up and maintaining algorithmic trading bots or API integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems (DeFi, Layer 1/2, GameFi, NFTs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Excel, Dune Analytics, Nansen, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation and reporting skills for board-level communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with portfolio management, risk metrics, and compliance standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred - Experience with institutional crypto custody and fund management platforms (Fireblocks, Copper, Anchorage, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred - Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or blockchain-specific credentials (CBP, CCI).
 </li>
