 :المهام والمسؤوليات
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 يقوم بمراجعة وتحليل طلبات تأسيس الشركات المساهمة العامة وصناديق الاستثمار، والتحقق من توافقها مع الأنظمة والتشريعات المعمول بها، وإعداد تقارير تفصيلية تتضمن ملاحظات التحليل والتوصيات بالإجراءات اللازمة
 
 
 
 
 
 يقوم بدراسة ومراجعة التفاصيل القانونية والفنية لنشرات الإصدار لمختلف الأدوات المالية، والتحقق من توافقها مع التشريعات المعمول بها، وإعداد تقارير تحليلية توضح المخاطر المحتملة والتعديلات المقترحة لتعزيز الامتثال
 
 
 
 
 
 يقوم بإعداد توصيات مبنية على تحليل شامل لطلبات الإصدار، ورفع تقارير للمسؤول المباشر تتضمن استنتاجات حول الجدوى والتوافق القانوني للإصدارات
 
 
 
 
 
 يقوم بتحليل الأدوات المالية المصدرة للتأكد من توافقها مع المعايير المالية والتشريعات التنظيمية، وتحديد المخاطر القانونية والمالية المرتبطة بها مع اقتراح الحلول المناسبة
 
 
 
 
 
 يقدم مشورة فنية وقانونية متخصصة حول هيكلة الأدوات المالية وأسواق الإصدارات، ويدعم المسؤول المباشر بآراء فنية تسهم في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية
 
 
 
 
 
 يقوم بمتابعة إجراءات تمديد وإطفاء السندات والصكوك لضمان الالتزام باللوائح المعمول بها، ومعالجة المشكلات التي قد تنشأ خلال دورة حياة الأدوات المالية
 
 
 
 
 
 يشرف على تحديث قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالإصدارات، ويحلل الإحصائيات والبيانات لدعم إعداد التقارير الاستراتيجية والتخطيطية
 
 
 
 
 
 يساهم في تطوير استراتيجيات الإصدارات بما يتوافق مع أهداف الهيئة، واقتراح سياسات من شأنها تحسين الإجراءات وتطوير سوق الإصدارات
 
 
 
 
 
 يشرف على إعداد تقارير شاملة عن حالة الإصدارات مع تقديم توصيات التحسين، ويزود الإدارة بالإحصائيات والتحليلات اللازمة لدعم اتخاذ القرار
 
 
 
 
 
 يقوم بتنفيذ أي مهام إضافية يكلف بها ضمن اختصاصه لدعم أهداف الهيئة وتحقيق أولوياتها

 بكالوريوس محاسبة، مالية، إقتصاد، إدارة أعمال أو ما يعدلها

 Senior Issuance Analyst

 Job Purpose:
 
 Lead the analysis and evaluation of company formation and financial issuance requests and develop issuance strategies that enhance regulatory compliance and support the strategic objectives of the Authority.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and analyse applications for the establishment of public joint-stock companies and investment funds, ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and prepare detailed reports including analytical observations and recommended actions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Study and review the legal and technical details of issuance prospectuses for various financial instruments, verify their compliance with applicable regulations, and prepare analytical reports highlighting potential risks and suggested amendments to enhance compliance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare recommendations based on comprehensive analysis of issuance requests and submit reports to the direct supervisor including conclusions on the feasibility and legal compliance of the issuance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyse issued financial instruments to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements, identify associated legal and financial risks, and propose appropriate solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide specialized technical and legal advice on the structuring of financial instruments and issuance markets, supporting the direct supervisor with technical opinions that contribute to strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor the procedures for the extension and redemption of bonds and sukuk to ensure compliance with regulations, and address issues that may arise during the life cycle of financial instruments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise the updating of the database related to issuance and analyse statistics and data to support the preparation of strategic and planning reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of issuance strategies aligned with the Authority&rsquo;s objectives and propose policies to improve procedures and enhance the issuance market.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise the preparation of comprehensive reports on the status of issuance, providing recommendations for improvement, and supply management with the necessary statistics and analyses to support decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform any additional tasks assigned within the scope of the role to support the Authority&rsquo;s objectives and priorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in the field of financial issuances.
 </li>
 </ul>
