 Ak-Pres Metal which operates in our Sakarya/Hendek location, we are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications and competencies to work as "Plant Production Controller"
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Management Engineering or Materials and Metallurgical Science Engineering, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in product costing and manufacturing controlling,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in manufacturing environment is required (minimum 3 years)
 </li>
 <li>
 Principal understanding of accounting principles, financial statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English - both writing and speaking,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of SAP CO and FI, PP, EWM, SD and MM modules will be an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point,
 </li>
 <li>
 Result-orientation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivating, analytical thinker and excellent team player,
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn &amp; deep-dive in order to understand and solve problems,
 </li>
 <li>
 No restriction for travelling in and out of country.
 </li>

 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analysis conversion cost and cost trends of plant to drive operational improvement in focused areas (manning, production routings, machine speeds, capacity usage, overall equipment effectiveness, electricity, water and natural gas usages.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing analysis of monthly operating variances (labor, energy, general production expenses and depreciation) and provide explanations to plant team and leadership,
 </li>
 <li>
 Controlling product recipes, ideal and alternative recipe management for standard costing in good agreement with R&amp;D and production teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Making sure that the plant works with the right number of workers and checking the efficiency of man/hour.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking compliance to product recipes, plant material balance losses, scrap and rework ratios
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking purchasing prices based on original purchasing currency, order scales, alternative suppliers purchasing prices, and export initiatives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking whether there are any problems with the confirmations sent to cost in SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading of quarter and annual base plant inventory counting&rsquo;s,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting budget preparation and financial forecasting process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and validating plant scorecards that includes KPI&rsquo;s.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting efficiency and productivity initiatives for the plant, forecasting, tracking and validating plant productivity projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting plant master data management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support management and business by compiling special information and analyses; preparing cost reduction recommendations. Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis for local and group purposes,
 </li>
