With a growing digital footprint across the Middle East and India, we are looking for an innovative and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online growth journey.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can manage, optimize, and scale our e-commerce operations across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol.This role requires someone with a strong grasp of digital marketing, analytics, merchandising, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain our Shopify store &mdash; including product uploads, collections, and visual merchandising.</li><li>Coordinate with marketplace partners (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.) for listings, promotions, and performance tracking.</li><li>Develop and execute monthly sales and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals.</li><li>Monitor inventory syncs, order flows, logistics coordination, and customer service efficiency.</li><li>Analyze sales data, website traffic, and conversion funnels to drive growth.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for SEO, email campaigns, and social commerce initiatives.</li><li>Track and report KPIs: sales targets, conversion rates, ad ROI, and customer retention metrics.</li><li>Research competitor trends and suggest promotional and pricing strategies.</li><li>Ensure smooth website functionality &mdash; liaising with developers and third-party agencies when needed.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of digital performance marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).</li><li>Experience with marketplace management in the fashion or lifestyle sector.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with creative thinking and a passion for brand building.</li><li>Bonus: Exposure to international markets (especially GCC) and ERP systems like Zoho.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Monthly online sales growth (%).</li><li>Website conversion rate improvement.</li><li>Reduction in cart abandonment rate.</li><li>Marketplace performance &amp; seller ratings.</li><li>ROI on paid digital campaigns.</li><li>Customer satisfaction &amp; retention metrics.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Environment<ul><li>Dynamic, creative, and supportive workplace.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand.</li><li>Employee development and training programs.</li><li>Competitive compensation and performance bonuses.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Shopify: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Meta Ads: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
