PRN MId-Level Practitioner Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant (PRN)Akahina Wellness (Murrieta)Enhancing Body, Mind, &amp; SpiritWe are currently building out an HRT program and are seeking an NP / PA to work PRN 1 day a week as we build out our HRT offerings. As we build that clientele, hours will also increase with the goal of having a FULL TIME NP/PA. This is a great opportunity for new grads to start as PRN then transition. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in growing Akahina Wellness by driving business &amp; helping shape our future services while helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.How you will be successful:<ul><li>Deliver a personalized and warm welcome, high-touch and professional experience reflecting our core values. (Think of this as a Four Seasons Experience)</li><li>Educate patients on skincare regimens, treatment options, products, and aftercare/ post procedure care</li><li>Develop customized treatment plans thorough in-depth personalized HRT &amp; aesthetic consultations.</li><li>Administer cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers with precision and finesse.</li><li>In conjunction with our RN consult on nutritional plans for wellness and weight loss maintenance &amp; HRT</li><li>Document in our EMR system all consultations, procedures, and recommendations, submit monthly GFE reports to our medical director when appropriate.</li><li>Adhere to ALL safety, sanitation, and compliance standards and operate within your scope of practice</li><li>Participate in external &amp; internal trainings, events, company retreats, and all mandatory meetings. Stay current with the latest aesthetic techniques, trends and policy changes</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience w/HRT PREFERRED </li><li>NP/PA with valid/current California license in good standing</li><li>Minimum of 1 year experience independently performing neurotoxin and filler injections.
