Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist , Junior Consultant, Consultant &ndash; Vitreo Retina, Fellowship -Vitreo Retina to join our dynamic eye care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care related to vitreoretinal diseases while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Examine, diagnose, and manage patients with vitreoretinal disorders.</li><li>Perform retinal surgeries such as vitrectomy, laser photocoagulation, and intravitreal injections.</li><li>Interpret diagnostic tests including OCT, FFA, and B-scan ultrasonography.</li><li>Collaborate with the ophthalmology team and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Educate patients on eye care, treatment plans, and preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.</li><li>Participate in clinical meetings, CMEs, and training programs.</li><li>Support hospital growth through ethical and patient-centric practice.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>MBBS with MS / DNB in Ophthalmology or equivalent.</li><li>Fellowship or specialization in Vitreo Retina is mandatory for Consultant - VR.</li><li>Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives.</li><li>Modern infrastructure with advanced ophthalmic equipment.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and training.</li></ul>About Us:AK Institute of Ophthalmology is a leading eye care center dedicated to delivering world-class ophthalmic services with a patient-first approach.
