Become a trusted advisor
As a Technical Project Manager, from pre-sales through to integration and performance, you will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers, managing their engagement with our platform and building technical solutions. In a high-impact environment you'll be project managing, problem-solving and building close relationships with customers across many industries.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
<ul><li>Advocating best practices for the customer and internal teams during product implementation, and providing customer feedback to the Product team
</li><li>Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
</li><li>Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
</li><li>Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
</li><li>Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables

To be successful in this role you will:
<ul><li>Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
</li><li>Show some experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
</li><li>Show understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies/architectures as well as project management methodologies
</li><li>Demonstrate experience in managing multiple priorities
</li><li>Demonstrate communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels
</li><li>Be fluent in Arabic and English
