We are looking for someone who can turn thatinto audience growth, brand awareness, and real revenue.You will operate as the Director of Social Media &amp; Audience Growth, responsible forbuilding and managing the entire social media engine across our brands.What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible ForYou will own the strategy, content, and performance of our social media presence.Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute the social media vision across all brands</li><li>Identify viral content opportunities</li><li>Build repeatable content formats that generate consistent views and engagementContent Engine</li><li>Direct content production (video, photography, behind-the-scenes)</li><li>Create weekly content plans and posting schedules</li><li>Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips</li></ul>Audience Growth<ul><li>Grow followers and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms</li><li>Identify trends and capitalize quickly</li><li>Collaborate with influencers and strategic partners when appropriate</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Revenue<ul><li>Convert social media attention into leads and customers</li><li>Work with our internal marketing systems to direct traffic into funnels and landing pages</li><li>Optimize content and calls-to-action to generate business opportunities</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Performance<ul><li>Track performance metrics including audience growth, leads generated, and revenue</li></ul>attribution<ul><li>Report weekly and monthly results</li><li>Continuously test and improve content performance</li></ul>We use GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM systems to track leads, funnels, and attribution.Experience with marketing funnels and lead tracking is highly valuable.What Success Looks LikeWithin the first 12 months we expect:<ul><li>Rapid audience growth across platforms</li><li>Consistent viral or high-engagement content</li><li>Measurable lead generation from social media</li><li>Social media becoming a reliable revenue channel for our businesses</li></ul>Who This Role Is ForThis role is ideal for someone who has **already grown social media accountssuccessfully** and understands the mechanics behind viral content.You might be a great fit if you:<ul><li>Have grown accounts to 100K+ followers</li><li>Understand short-form video strategy and platform algorithms</li><li>Know how to convert audience attention into leads or customers</li><li>Are highly analytical and track results, not just views</li></ul>Portfolio or example accounts required.CompensationBase Salary$90,000 per yearIn addition to base salary, this role includes performance bonuses tied to business profitgenerated from social media leads.Bonus eligibility begins after social media produces $100,000 in attributable companyprofit.Bonus structure:Profit Generated from Social Media | Bonus || ---------------------------------- | ------- |$100,000 $5,000$250,000 $12,500$500,000 $25,000$1,000,000 $50,000Profit attribution is based on customers or deals where social media is identified as theoriginal lead source through our tracking systems and funnels.This ensures bonuses are tied to real business results, not vanity metrics.Why This Role Is UniqueMost social media roles focus on a single brand.This role gives you the opportunity to create content across several unique industriesincluding:<ul><li>real estate investing</li><li>construction &amp; renovations</li><li>luxury yachts</li><li>private aviation</li><li>entrepreneurship and business operationsThis variety creates unlimited content potential.</li></ul>LocationLas Vegas, NevadaHow To ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>examples of accounts you have grown</li><li>portfolio of video or content work</li><li>links to social media channels you have managed</li></ul>Applications without examples will not be considered.We are not looking for someone who simply posts content.
