Job Title: Visa Processing Executive Location: Dubai Experience Required: 2&ndash;5 Years Industry Preference: Travel Agency / Travel BPO (Backend Ticketing / Visa Processing) Qualification: Any GraduateJob Description:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Processing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling visa applications, particularly for US, UK, and Schengen visas, with a strong understanding of end-to-end visa processing and customer service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle customer interactions and manage visa application files efficiently</li><li>Manage end-to-end visa processing, including initial guidance, application assistance, documentation, file creation, and coordination with embassies/couriers</li><li>Process and manage US, UK, and Schengen visa applications independently</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and keep clients updated regarding visa application status and progress</li><li>Maintain monthly reports for the Visa Department and ensure accurate client records</li><li>Identify and resolve application discrepancies/errors while maintaining strong client relationships</li><li>Respond to customer calls and emails related to visa applications and documentation</li><li>Develop and maintain professional relationships with consulates, embassies, and VFS staff</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to achieve zero-error processing and support business growth</li><li>Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy updates, industry news, and communicate changes to clients promptly</li><li>Maintain accurate information in the online visa database system</li><li>Build rapport with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth resolution of issues</li><li>Collect regular client feedback to improve service quality</li><li>Monitor embassy and consulate websites for updates in visa rules, documentation requirements, and fee structures</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in visa processing within a Travel Agency or Travel BPO environment</li><li>Mandatory experience in handling US, UK, and Schengen visa processing</li><li>Strong communication and customer handling skills</li><li>Good knowledge of visa documentation, embassy procedures, and VFS operations</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and visa management systems preferred</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
