 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience (NGO or creative sector preferred).
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong creative and writing skills, with an eye for design and detail.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Ability to lead small teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Deep interest in storytelling, social impact, and purpose-driven communication.
