 What does an Executive Assistant do at Akin Global Medical?
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Primary responsibility of supporting CEO,
 </li>
 <li>
 Doing necessary market research for potential countries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Scheduling international appointments, internationa interviews, and teleconferences,
 </li>
 <li>
 Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, transport,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate purchasing order and approval processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with event planning and execution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 What are the qualifications we look for in an Executive Assistant at Akin Global Medical?
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related departments of universities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of both written and oral English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in similar jobs is a big plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Exhibits confidence, composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates strong organizational skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Team the player with a positive attitude,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work flexible schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extremely detail oriented and organized, good in time management.
 </li>
