Roles and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.</li><li>
Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.</li><li>
Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.</li><li>
Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.</li><li>
Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Compensation and schedule</h3><ul><li>
Pay Range: $40&ndash;$65 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type</li><li>
Scheduling Options:<ul><li>
Full-time (30&ndash;40 hours/week)</li><li>
Part-time (15&ndash;29 hours/week)</li><li>
Evening cases available (optional)</li></ul></li><li>

BCBA skill and qualification requirements</h3><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field</li><li>
Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing</li><li>
Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)</li><li>
Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>
Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits</li></ul>
