The role involves a deep understanding of real estate &amp; high-rise markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Property/High-rise Sales:<ul><li>Showcase and sell residential and commercial units to potential buyers.</li><li>Conduct High-rise project tours and provide detailed information about features, benefits, and investment potential.</li></ul>2. Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients.</li><li>Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate &amp; high-rise solutions.</li></ul>3. Market Research:<ul><li>Stay informed about local real estate &amp; high-rise market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.</li><li>Provide insights to the sales team and management for strategic decision-making.</li></ul>4. Documentation and Closing:<ul><li>Guide clients through the documentation process and ensure a smooth closing of transactions.</li><li>Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to complete necessary paperwork.</li></ul>5. Customer Service:<ul><li>Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.</li><li>Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.</li></ul>6. Sales Strategy:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to create impactful promotional materials.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor's/Master degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field.</li><li>2-3 Years proven experience in Real Estate/high-rise Sales with a successful track record.</li><li>Knowledge of local real estate &amp; high rise markets, property laws, and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li></ul>KEY COMPETENCIES:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of high-rise industry trends and market conditions.</li><li>Strong networking and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Attention to detail in handling legal and financial aspects of real estate &amp; high-rise transactions.</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings to accommodate client schedules.</li><li>Willingness to attend real estate events and exhibitions for networking.</li></ul>COMPENSATION &amp; BENIFITS:<ul><li>Pay Scale/Salary will be in between 50k &ndash; 60k Pkr per month.</li><li>Base Salary with a Incentives/Commission structure based on Sales upto 200$ to 300$.</li><li>Additional incentives and bonuses tied to sales achievements.</li></ul>LANGUAGES:<ul><li>English, Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto, Balochi, Siraiki.</li></ul>* PLEASE NOTE: OFFICE LOCATION IS BAHRIA ORCHARD PHASE-4, PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU CAN TRAVEL TO THIS LOCATION ON DAILY BASIS.
