 To be responsible for the day to day leadership and management of the Banking as a service (BaaS) platform on PASSO and All Financial Product ( Wallet, Credit, Insurance, NFT ) operations function.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Day To Day You&rsquo;ll Be
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leadership of the Credit, NFT, Insurance, Wallet and BAAS function on PASSO, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Make the case for new product lines and enhancements based on commercial need, ability to deliver and scalability
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure product roadmaps reflect market, client challenges, competitive landscape and sales requirements and that costs are accurately assessed and monitored
 </li>
 <li>
 Priorities resources across your product line, balancing the conflicting requirements of different product and markets, and business and technical priorities where necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and motivate a cross-functional team across multiple workstreams &ndash; main interface between product discovery, external partners, delivery, data &amp; analytics and go-to-market, ensure product strategy and roadmaps are communicated
 </li>
 <li>
 Guaranteeing that all necessary pricing, support, documentation and collateral is produced to accompany &lsquo;Go To Market&rsquo; for new product and new feature releases
 </li>
 <li>
 Measures product performance and KPI&rsquo;s including revenue and churn, product sales, feature usage, win / loss
 </li>
 <li>
 Engages with key stakeholders, internally and with partners, to drive development and completion of projects, aligning with business strategy, Group policies and regulatory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all product development is compliant with the requirements of the Product Governance and Management Policy and Product Quality Standard
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategically focused, obtains voice of the customer, undertakes ideation / product discovery and continually assesses the market and competitive threats
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and enhance relevant product value propositions
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent and promote relevant product lines at internal and external events
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understanding of key markets and trends with an enthusiasm for innovation and new technology
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working collaboratively with customers &amp; partners to co-create new solutions, react to customer and market need
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience and skills in product management &ndash; ideally both front end, customer facing products and analytical data products
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly articulate with effective verbal and written communication skills to influence a range of senior internal and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Disciplined with strong planning and organization skills and the ability balance multiple conflicting priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Educated to degree level
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in lending, financial services or aggregators is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Open Banking &amp; Banking as a Service experience is a plus
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Engineering

 1-3 years of experience in CRM and Campaign Management

 Experience managing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications (EVAM is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in digital products and fintech ecosystem is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Good at communication and coordination, team-work, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English to feel comfortable in working in a multinational environment
 </li>

 Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive retention and (re)activation
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement SMS, push notification, and email campaigns to achieve business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage real-time customer data to deliver personalized offers, dynamic promotions, and triggered campaigns, reaching the right users at the right time
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up digital products trends and technologies in the market
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product, marketing and operation teams to design omnichannel engagement strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Inline with the Company goals, understanding customer expectations to design best offers
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding flows, retention programs and churn prevention sequences
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze campaign results and consumer behavior to optimize performance and improve future campaigns
 </li>
