Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in road maintenance, traffic management, or related infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of traffic management principles, road safety requirements, and traffic diversion implementation.</li><li>Experience coordinating with relevant authorities including Ashghal, MOI, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals through QPRO.</li><li>Experience in managing and tracking road opening permit submissions and approvals.</li><li>Ability to prepare technical reports, progress reports, and traffic-related documentation.</li><li>Good understanding of Road Safety Audit (RSA) guidelines and traffic control standards.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Arabic Speaking Candidates is a Must</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to secure required permits and approvals.</li><li>Manage road opening permits and traffic-related submissions.</li><li>Monitor traffic diversion activities and site traffic management operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved traffic management plans and road safety standards.</li><li>Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of traffic management activities.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and support compliance audits.</li><li>Ensure smooth traffic flow in accordance with approved Traffic Detour Plans (TDPs).</li><li>Monitor the proper and safe installation of traffic management equipment, signs, and barriers.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved traffic management plans.</li><li>Assist in compliance reviews and ensure adherence to project and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ability to address technical comments and follow up on authority requirements.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Traffic Supervisor: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
