 Main MISSIONS
 
 
 
 
 
 
 She/he assists the General Manager in the various important and sensitive administrative activities required for the proper functioning of the assigned unit.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arranges and coordinates meetings, conferences and other important and vital meetings; draft meeting notes
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for management dashboards on the assigned area of responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Support/ Consolidate reports; Manufacturing Performance, Plant indicators and Keep AKWEL portal updated
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect &amp; consolidate data and draft presentations for yearly Management Review, Industrial plan, Industrial data
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains and contributes in the Company presentation updates;
 </li>
 <li>
 Attends to supervisory meetings and drafts meeting minutes;
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare presentation and organize for Quarterly communication meeting
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation;
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to assess the relevance and urgency level of the different information received.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality internal &amp; external with respect to all the systems and data within the normal framework of this function.
 </li>

 Qualifications and Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Office Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communication, etc.), candidate with strong administration, coordination and reporting skills manufacturing environment will be also considered.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Professional Abilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Versatility, autonomy, availability, interpersonal skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of spelling and grammar, number skills (comfortable with numbers);
 </li>
 <li>
 Command of office automation systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint&hellip;);
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English is required.

 Main responsibilities and duties :
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 For a dedicated Region, Material Group or Countries for indirect, based on guidance given by his/her Senior Buyer or Director or recommendation from Commodity Lead Buyer (CLB), the Buyer is fully responsible for managing his/her suppliers base from Start of Production until business end of life.
 </li>
 <li>
 The Buyer is responsible about the Operational Performance KPIs achievement, and supplier action plan follow up in case of deviation.
 </li>
 <li>
 The Buyer is in close contact with the CLB to ensure the Purchasing Strategy execution and Performance review.
 </li>
 <li>
 The Buyer is responsible about the Productivity Plan definition and execution with suppliers, in relation with product line teams and operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 The buyer is involved in the Budget definition, but responsible for the execution and reporting on his commodity
 </li>
 <li>
 He is the first contact in case of escalation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements :
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry procurement.
 </li>
 </ul>
