Al-Abbas Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire candidate for its Process Control. Located in SITE Area Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time job.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>To perform duty in shift system. A, B and C.</li><li>To ensure that all activities are performed according to given standards and written procedures.</li><li>To test Water hardness using in process.</li><li>To control parameters as per Process control standard methods.</li><li>To randomly send the items to R &amp; D for re-testing and coordinate with production section in case of any problem in any product.</li><li>To make report against the idle time in whole shifts.</li><li>Highlight follow-up Production machines maintenance issues.</li><li>To train &amp; motivate operators.</li><li>To make sure the shade samples are being cut from the seams to minimize wastage.</li><li>Has an authority to hold the lot, in case of any in complete/wrong information related to fabric/recipe from Fabric Receiving &amp; Production respectively and returned it back for correction.</li></ul>Minimum Qualification:<ul><li>D.A.E in textile / Chemical Engineering.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fresh or one year experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Trainee Process Control

Al-Abbas Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire candidate for its Maintenance Department. Located in SITE Area Karachi, Pakistan. A candidate should have strong ability in Industrial Machinery and command in machine components &amp; tools. This is a full-time job.Job Responsibilities: <ul><li>To operate lathe, shaper and grinding machine.</li><li>Responsible to manufacture components of machines in case of emergency.</li><li>Responsible for manufacturing parts in most efficient order of pressure required for specific project.</li><li>Measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design.</li><li>Conducting risk assessment and checking for efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with fitter in resizing of a specified equipment of machine.</li></ul>Job Specifications:<ul><li>Matric / Diploma in relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Technical skills, Active Listening, Troubleshooting, Coordination, Repairing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
