Ophthalmologist &ndash; Own Visa | Revenue Sharing BasisWe are inviting a licensed Ophthalmologist to associate with our medical center on a pure revenue-sharing basis. The consultant will practice independently while utilizing the medical center&rsquo;s infrastructure, facilities, and support services.Scope of Services &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform comprehensive ophthalmic consultations and eye examinations</li><li>Diagnose and manage common eye conditions including refractive errors, infections, glaucoma, cataract screening, diabetic eye disease, and other ocular disorders</li><li>Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans as clinically indicated</li><li>Perform minor ophthalmic procedures as permitted under MOH regulations</li><li>Maintain proper medical records, ICD coding, and insurance documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, ethical medical practice, and patient safety standards</li><li>Coordinate referrals for surgical or advanced ophthalmic care when required</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>MBBS with specialization in Ophthalmology</li><li>Valid MOH License / Eligibility to practice in UAE</li><li>Own valid UAE visa (mandatory)</li><li>Minimum experience as per MOH regulations</li><li>Good communication skills and patient-centric approach</li></ul>Engagement Terms:<ul><li>Pure revenue-sharing model (no fixed salary)</li><li>Revenue percentage to be mutually agreed</li><li>Medical center will provide consultation room, basic equipment, nursing/support staff, and administrative assistance</li><li>Consultant will manage professional indemnity as per regulatory requirements</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED1,000.00 per month
