This role is essential in assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a desire to contribute to our company's culture and success.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.- Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.- Help manage employee benefits administration and assist with inquiries.- Provide support in employee relations, assisting with conflict resolution and performance management.- Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.- Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development activities.- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.Qualifications:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (considered a plus).- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.What We Offer:- A collaborative and supportive work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
