Job Description:</b></h5>
<ul><li>Responsible for supporting the execution of media and public relations activities to enhance the University&rsquo;s image and presence.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments to collect information and media materials.</li>
<li>Draft and prepare initial content for news, blog articles, and social media posts in Arabic and English.</li>
<li>Manage and update social media accounts in coordination with the team.</li>
<li>Support coverage of university events across various media platforms.</li>
<li>Follow up on the preparation of designs and advertisements with internal departments and team members.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing periodic reports related to campaigns and media activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external entities when required.</li>
<li>Coordinate between Al Ain and Abu Dhabi campuses as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all content is reviewed for accuracy, including names, dates, and details before publishing.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain media files including photos, videos, and archives.</li>
<li>Undertake other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>

General Conditions:</b></h5>
<ul><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in media or public relations.</li>
<li>Strong writing skills in Arabic (English is an added advantage).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to feedback.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content types.</li>
<li>Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or similar.</li></ul></div><div></div>
