Full job descriptionWe are seeking a Fleet Administrator as follow: Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement, monitor, and enforce fleet policies to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective vehicle operations.</li><li>Oversee vehicle usage, mileage tracking, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with safety inspections, accident reporting procedures, and emissions regulations.</li><li>Coordinate and manage vehicle servicing, repairs, renewals, and insurance claims.</li><li>Provide drivers with fleet safety guidelines and conduct periodic audits of driver records and vehicle logs.</li><li>Investigate and document fleet incidents, accidents, and violations in coordination with relevant departments.</li><li>Work closely with the Institutional Fleet Coordinator on fleet planning, reporting, and operational improvements.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet expenses, maintenance history, contracts, and insurance documentation.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, costs, and compliance status for management review.</li></ul>Requirements:Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in fleet administration or fleet management, preferably within a large-scale or corporate environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards, traffic regulations, and compliance requirements, including local Qatar regulations (Traffic Department, Fahes, registration, and insurance).</li><li>Solid experience using fleet management systems, GPS/telematics, and reporting tools.</li><li>High proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and documentation, with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to monitor budgets, analyze costs, and support cost-control initiatives.</li><li>Experience coordinating with vendors, service providers, insurers, and managing service-level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident investigation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good in English (written and spoken) is required.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in a related field is preferred.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
