Key Responsibilities:1. Installation &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Install and configure HVAC systems: Split, Ducted, Package, VRF/VRV, and Central Chillers.</li><li>Install and align motors, compressors, fans, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting systems.</li><li>Carry out testing and commissioning as per manufacturer and project specifications.</li><li>Perform load calculations and adjust systems for efficiency and performance.</li></ul>2. Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance<ul><li>Conduct scheduled maintenance for AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, chillers, and related equipment.</li><li>Clean, inspect, and replace filters, belts, bearings, and lubrication points.</li><li>Perform chemical cleaning/descaling of condenser and evaporator coils.</li><li>Record operating parameters and ensure smooth system performance.</li></ul>3. Troubleshooting &amp; Repairs<ul><li>Diagnose and repair issues with compressors, motors, electrical controls, thermostats, sensors, and piping.</li><li>Detect and fix refrigerant leaks, recharge refrigerants safely.</li><li>Repair or replace faulty parts, wiring, and components.</li><li>Calibrate thermostats and control systems for accurate operation.</li></ul>4. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure work complies with Qatar Civil Defense and Kahramaa regulations.</li><li>Follow safety procedures (lock-out/tag-out) and always use PPE.</li><li>Adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.</li><li>Handle refrigerants and chemicals safely as per environmental guidelines.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate inspection, maintenance, and service records.</li><li>Report major issues and provide technical recommendations.</li><li>Assist in managing spare parts inventory for HVAC systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
