 . The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and manage day-to-day
 
 fit out and interior works
 
 at site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications prior to execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor progress as per the project timeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with consultants, clients, and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor material usage and raise material requisitions accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict compliance with
 
 HSE
 
 and quality standards at site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform quantity take-offs and verify subcontractor bills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, and revision control.
 </li>

 Requirements &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in
 
 Architectural Engineer
 
 /
 
 Civil Engineering
 
 (mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 7+ years of experience
 
 in fit out and interior projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Mandatory experience working with contracting or fit out companies.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of fit out materials, finishes, and installation methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>

 Receive, register, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proper filing system (hard copy and electronic).
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep record of drawings, submittals, and project documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure latest approved documents are available to the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare document transmittals and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with engineers, site team, and consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Archive completed project documents.
 </li>

 Requirements:

 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.

 4+ years of experience in a construction company.

 We are seeking an experienced
 
 HSE Engineer
 
 to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our construction sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local laws, client requirements, and company policies, while fostering a strong safety culture.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs on site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations, client standards, and international best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, report, and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for staff and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants on HSE matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support client, consultant, and authority audits and inspections.

 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Safety, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental) or related field Equivalent qualification .
 </li>
 <li>
 NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional HSE certifications preferred (IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor).
 </li>
 <li>
 Total of 15+ years of HSE experience in construction projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum Of 10+ years of experience as HSE Engineer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems, Qatar Construction Safety Regulations, and local authority requirements (Ashghal, QCS, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 </ul>
