About Us:We are a leading Building Maintenance and Decor company in the UAE seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team.Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Estimator with a proven track record in the building maintenance and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE market and possess exceptional skills in quantity take-off, pricing, and cost estimation.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for building maintenance and construction projects.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates based on sketches, drawings, and site information provided by the team.</li><li>Develop competitive pricing strategies to ensure maximum profitability.</li><li>Collaborate with the project team to gather accurate project requirements.</li><li>Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine the scope of work and resource needs.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in cost estimation for building maintenance and construction projects in the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of quantity take-off procedures from sketches and drawings.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the UAE market and construction industry.</li><li>Proficient in estimating software and tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Working Hours:9 hours per day, 1 day off per week.If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for cost estimation and a proven track record in the UAE construction industry, we encourage you to apply.To apply, please submit your CV and cover letter through Indeed.نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: AED٥٬٥٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهرالقدرة على التنقل/الانتقال:<ul><li>أبو ظبي: التنقل بشكل موثوق أو التخطيط للانتقال قبل البدء في العمل (مفضل)</li></ul>سؤال (أسئلة) طلب التقدم:<ul><li>ارجو ارفاق نموذج عن المسمى الوظيفي السابق وما يؤهلك لهذه الوظيفة</li><li>هل الخبرة في ابوظبي؟</li><li>هل الخبرة في الامارات؟</li><li>كم عدد المشاريع التي قمت بتسعيرها و تمت الموافقة للعمل عليها؟</li><li>ماهي البرامج التي تستخدمها؟ لحساب الكميات و التسعير؟</li></ul>الخبرة:<ul><li>اربعة سنين: 4 سنوات (مطلوب)</li></ul>اللغة:<ul><li>الانجليزية بطلاقة و يفهم العربية (مطلوب)</li></ul>الترخيص/الشهادة:<ul><li>شهادة هندسة مدنية معتمدة في دولة الامارات (مفضل)</li></ul>موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي الموعد النهائي لطلب التقدم: 04/06/2025
