The ideal candidate will deliver excellent patient outcomes, uphold high professional and ethical standards, and contribute to the clinic&rsquo;s growth and reputation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections, etc.)</li><li>Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures, e.g. chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, injections (Botox, fillers), skin tightening, etc.</li><li>Evaluate patients&rsquo; suitability for treatments, counsel them on risks, benefits, and aftercare</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and document treatment plans</li><li>Collaborate with clinic staff (nurses, estheticians, administrative team) to ensure seamless patient flow</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest dermatology advances &amp; technology; attend relevant trainings / conferences</li><li>Provide patient education: skincare regimens, prevention, lifestyle advice</li><li>Participate in the clinic&rsquo;s marketing / social media efforts where needed (before-/after photos, patient testimonials, educational content)</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent), plus Board Certification (or equivalent) in Dermatology</li><li>Valid medical license to practice in Pakistan</li><li>Minimum ___ years of experience in clinical dermatology; cosmetic dermatology experience strongly preferred</li><li>Proven expertise in cosmetic procedures and use of dermatological technologies (lasers, injectables, etc.)</li><li>Strong diagnostic skills and evidence-based practice</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; empathy and patient-centric care</li><li>Good documentation and organizational abilities</li><li>(If required) social media / marketing savvy; willingness to engage in patient education and clinic promotion</li></ul>Desirable Attributes<ul><li>Artistic sense / aesthetic judgment for cosmetic work</li><li>Up to date with the latest skincare research, technologies, and trends</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple patients / procedures</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary/remuneration package</li><li>Performance incentives (e.g., based on patients seen, procedures done)</li><li>Professional development support (conferences, certifications)</li><li>Paid leave / vacation</li><li>Medical malpractice/liability coverage (if applicable)</li><li>Working in modern clinic environment with advanced equipment</li></ul>How to Apply<ul><li>Submit a CV / Resume, including your academic credentials, license, and a full description of experience in both medical &amp; cosmetic dermatology</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthExpected hours: No less than 24 per weekWork Location: In person
