Job Description: We are looking for an Engineer to work inside our marble factory and handle daily operations. No previous marble experience is required &mdash; we will provide full training. The candidate must be responsible, organized, and able to manage people.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take and understand job orders from management.</li><li>Supervise daily production inside the factory.</li><li>Assign tasks to laborers and ensure work is completed correctly and on time.</li><li>Perform basic quality control on cutting, polishing, finishing, and packing (training provided).</li><li>Report any quality issues or mistakes immediately.</li><li>Keep workflow smooth, organized, and safe.</li><li>Coordinate with the office team when needed.</li><li>Prepare simple daily reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fresh graduates &mdash; full training provided.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Good organization and time-management abilities.</li><li>Willing to work inside a factory environment.</li><li>Attention to detail for quality checking.</li><li>Willing to work inside a factory environment.</li><li>Attention to detail for quality checking.</li><li>Arabic speaker </li></ul>Accommodation will be provided by the company.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 per month
