Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute the social media content calendar by preparing and posting content on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Assist in developing creative and engaging content ideas aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.</li><li>Coordinate with the in-house design and marketing team to produce visuals, videos, and promotional materials.</li><li>Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.</li><li>Support in community management and maintaining the brand&rsquo;s voice across all platforms.</li><li>Track social media analytics, prepare basic reports, and highlight trends or improvement areas.</li><li>Assist in planning and covering live company events, workshops, or training sessions for social media coverage.</li><li>Research competitor activities and suggest content improvements or new digital trends.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship or agency experience accepted).</li><li>Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics features.</li><li>Basic design and video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).</li><li>Strong communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.</li><li>Passion for content creation and social media trends.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.</li><li>Kuwaiti Accent is preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
