Office Assistant cum Digital Marketing Executive

About the RoleNote: Applications without valid Dubai SIRA Certification will NOT be considered.ELV Systems Installation &amp; CommissioningInstall, configure, test, and commission multiple ELV systems, including:<ul><li>CCTV Surveillance Systems</li><li>Access Control Systems (Biometric, RFID)</li><li>Audio-Visual &amp; Intercom Systems</li><li>Public Address &amp; Background Music (PABGM)</li><li>Structured Cabling &amp; IP Telephony</li><li>Gate Barriers, Sliding &amp; Swing Doors</li></ul>SIRA &amp; Technical Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai SIRA Portal documentation</li><li>Preparation and submission of SVG &amp; SPC drawings</li><li>E-Guard mapping and configuration</li><li>Full knowledge of SIRA documentation, inspection, and approval processes</li><li>System commissioning and configuration of ELV and SIRA-related security systems in compliance with regulatory guidelines</li><li>Support the presales team with SIRA project requirements, design concepts, and system architecture</li><li>Ensure all projects comply with SIRA standards, rules, and documentation requirements</li></ul>Project &amp; Site Management:- <ul><li>Conduct daily site visits and inspections</li><li>Prepare and submit detailed site progress and technical reports</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams</li><li>Ensure safety compliance and timely project completion</li></ul>IT &amp; Networking Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams</li><li>Configure LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi networks, routers, and access points</li><li>Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting</li><li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations and network printers</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks</li><li>Diagnose and resolve faults in ELV and IT systems</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:-<ul><li>Maintain accurate project documentation and service reports</li><li>Train clients on system operation and usage</li><li>Provide post-installation technical support</li><li>Attend emergency service calls when required</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of hands-on ELV experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>Networking and troubleshooting</li><li>Crimping, splicing, and cable termination</li><li>Windows installation, backup, and data recovery</li><li>CCTV &amp; Access Control (design to implementation)</li><li>Fiber cabling, PA/AV systems, IP telephony</li><li>Smart TVs and digital signage systems</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li><li>Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)</li><li>High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Professional growth through training and mentorship</li><li>Opportunity to work with experienced industry experts</li><li>Exposure to diverse and high-profile ELV projects</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment</li><li>Continuous skill development in next-generation ELV technologies</li></ul>Ready to Join Our Team?If you are a proactive ELV Engineer who delivers quality work and thrives in a fast-paced environment, apply now.Send your CV to: sales@alasifahuae.com WhatsApp: +971 52 370 2205Job Type: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From AED6,500.00 per month
