Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and conduct internal audit assignments in accordance with the approved audit plan and International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing</li><li>Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Review compliance with applicable laws, regulations, government directives, and internal policies and procedures.</li><li>Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and areas of risk, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit reports and present findings to management and relevant committees.</li><li>Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and other government oversight bodies as required.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, government regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Present audit observations to senior management and board.</li><li>Track closure of audit findings and corrective action plans.</li><li>Recommend automation, ERP controls, dashboard reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications And Experience <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certification: CIA/ CA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA/CMA</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant internal auditing experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks.</li></ul>Skills And Competencies <ul><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, objectivity, and professional judgment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.</li><li>Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul>Other Requirements <ul><li>Good understanding of Qatari laws, regulations, and government procedures.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
