Looking for a female candidate for the position of Coordinator.Candidates from Sharjah emirate with spouse visa preferred. Freshers can also apply.Job description / Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with sales engineers and prepare quotations, technical submittal and other documents to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.</li><li>Communicate with clients to understand the requirements and provide necessary support.</li><li>Prepare work orders and maintain records.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams such as Production department &amp; Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of orders.</li><li>Maintain and update records for quotations and orders received .</li><li>Regularly follow up with customers to generate new enquiries as well as payment for delivered orders.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent knowledge in MS Excel&amp; Word</li><li>Multi lingual proficiency is preferred.</li></ul>Transportation will be provided from Muweilah area.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,750.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
