If you are passionate about accuracy, financial analysis, and compliance &mdash; and enjoy collaborating across teams to support business growth &mdash; we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities &ndash; Accounting, Financial Reporting &amp; Control<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.</li><li>Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.</li><li>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and deliver variance analysis to management.</li><li>Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.</li><li>Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and account analysis to enable informed decision-making.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations and enhance reporting efficiency.</li></ul>Essential Requirements &ndash; Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or SOCPA preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of progressive accounting experience with strong knowledge of general accounting principles.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciliations, and audit schedules.</li><li>Solid understanding of SOCPA, IFRS, or GAAP standards and relevant tax regulations.</li><li>Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to resolve accounting issues efficiently.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear financial reporting and stakeholder engagement.</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your skills, experience, and passion for financial excellence using our online application form.Job Type: Full-time
