The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a pleasant personality, and excellent communication skills. We welcome hardworking individuals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.</li><li>Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.</li><li>Keep records of visitor logs and appointment schedules.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum qualification of FA (Intermediate) or BA (Bachelor's degree) is required.</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Well-groomed with a professional appearance.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.</li><li>Must be a female candidate.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Day Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive fixed salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Lunch</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Faisalabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
