The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.Experience in the flooring industry or related building materials sector will be considered a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s flooring and related products to potential clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in flooring, building materials, or construction sectors).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given preference.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and commission structure.</li><li>Growth opportunities within a well-established company.</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment.</li><li>Exposure to premium products and reputable clients in the UAE market.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
