You will be responsible for managing reception operations, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating front desk communication, and supporting the sales team.If you're warm, organized, and naturally service-oriented, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Front Desk Operations &amp; Guest Experience<ul><li>Greet and assist all customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, directing them appropriately.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area at all times.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Sales Team Support<ul><li>Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.</li><li>Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and record-keeping.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.</li></ul>Customer Service Excellence<ul><li>Deliver high standards of hospitality and customer service across all interactions.</li><li>Address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence.</li><li>Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and manage a busy reception area.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
