Job Title: PR Assistant (Abu Dhabi) Salary: AED 3,500 (based on experience) Benefits: Company Visa, Medical InsuranceJob Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR Assistant to support our Public Relations (PRO) operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UAE visa processes and government-related procedures, with strong organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle new visa applications, including document collection, verification, and submission.</li><li>Manage visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related procedures.</li><li>Assist the PRO with all government transactions such as Labour, Immigration, Emirates ID, Medicals, and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with employees and internal departments to ensure timely processing of all government documents.</li><li>Prepare, update, and maintain accurate records of all visa-related activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and Abu Dhabi government regulations.</li><li>Follow up on applications and resolve delays or issues with relevant government authorities.</li><li>Provide daily updates and status reports to the team and management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in UAE visa processing, PRO tasks, or administrative support in a similar role.</li><li>Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor, immigration, and governmental procedures.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li></ul>Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED3,500.00 per month
