Hiring: Estimation Engineer Location : Abu DhabiWe are looking for an Estimation Engineer with experience in fit-out projects, primarily soft services, to support tendering and cost planning activities.Key Responsibilities:-Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out and soft service projects (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors). -Prepare BOQs, RFQs, and tender submissions based on drawings and specifications. -Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Support project budgeting, cost analysis, and value engineering. -Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Requirements:-Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with 3-6 Year experience in fit-out estimation, preferably soft services. -Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, and estimation software. Project/Estimator Engineer – Facilities Management

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, overseeing month-end processes, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with VAT regulations in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain complete and accurate bookkeeping records</li><li>Reconcile Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) with purchase orders and supplier invoices</li><li>Prepare and process Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and Letters of Credit (LC)</li><li>Perform month-end and year-end closing activities</li><li>Prepare monthly accruals, provisions, and journal entries</li><li>Monitor and manage daily cash flow and bank balances</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations</li><li>Monitor and record inventory transactions and stock adjustments</li><li>Handle petty cash management and reconciliation</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE VAT regulations</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation</li><li>Liaise with operations, procurement, and administration teams to ensure smooth financial coordination</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of VAT filing and compliance</li><li>Experience in handling LC documentation and bank transactions</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Excel</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in trading or contracting companies</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA &ndash; partially qualified or pursuing) is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
